How to Apply — Step-by-Step
The application form is divided into 7 steps. You can navigate between steps. All data is held in your browser session until you submit — nothing is saved until the final step.
Step 1: Personal Details
Enter your full name (exactly as on your Madhyamik admit card), date of birth, gender, mobile number, email address, and your current residential address (city, state, pincode). You also select your stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts) at this step.
Tips for this step
Step 2: Parent / Guardian Details
Provide details of your Father and Mother. This includes their names, occupations, and mobile numbers. Optionally, fill in a separate parent address if it differs from your current address.
Tips for this step
Step 3: Previous School Details
Enter the name of the school where you studied up to Class X and appeared for the Madhyamik examination. Select your caste/category (General, SC, OBC-A, OBC-B, or ST) — this determines which seat pool you compete in.
Tips for this step
Step 4: Course & Document Upload
Your course (Higher Secondary) and academic year (2026–27) are pre-filled. Upload three mandatory documents: your passport-size photograph, your signature image, and your Madhyamik Board Marksheet.
Tips for this step
Step 5: Academic Details & Subjects
Enter your Madhyamik 2026 Roll Number, your total marks, your Mathematics marks, and your Geography marks. Then choose your 4 optional subjects for the stream you selected in Step 1.
Tips for this step
Step 6: Declaration
Read the full declaration statement carefully and tick the checkbox to confirm that all information you have provided is true, complete, and correct.
Tips for this step
Step 7: Payment
Pay the non-refundable application fee via UPI. A QR code and UPI deep-link are shown on screen. Open any UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.), pay the exact amount shown, and enter the 12-digit UPI Transaction Reference (UTR) number in the field provided. Then click Submit.

Selection Process Explained
Selection is purely merit-based. There are no interviews or entrance exams. Your Madhyamik total marks determine your rank.
How Merit Rank is Calculated
Madhyamik Total Marks (out of 700) — Higher marks → higher rank
Mathematics Marks — Used if two students have equal total marks
Geography Marks — Used if Mathematics marks are also equal
Date of Birth — Older student gets preference if all marks are equal
Seat Allocation by Category
Seats in each stream are divided into General seats and Reserved seats per category. The allocation happens in this order:
Reserved Seats First
Reserved seats for SC/ST/OBC female candidates are filled first, based on merit within each category.
General Seats by Category
Remaining seats are filled category-wise (General, OBC, SC, ST) in merit order. Reserved category students can also fill General seats if their marks are good enough.
Reservation Upgrade
If a student from SC/ST/OBC scores high enough to compete in the General category, they are upgraded — their reserved seat becomes available for another reserved candidate.
Waiting List
Students who could not get a seat in the first round are placed in the Waiting List, ranked by merit within their category.
Merit List & Seat Allocation
The merit list is published online on this website. You can check your status under the Merit List section. Three separate lists are published for each stream:
General List
Students selected for general seats, sorted by merit rank
Reserved List
Students allocated reserved seats (SC/ST/OBC female candidates)
Waiting List
Students waiting for a seat to become available
Status meanings:
After Getting Selected
Check the Merit List
Visit the Merit List page on this website. Search for your name or admission number. Your status should show "Selected".
Visit the School Office
Report to the school office within the stipulated date (announced separately). Bring all original documents and photocopies.
Documents to Bring
Original Madhyamik Admit Card, Original Marksheet, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Passport-size photographs (4 copies), Aadhaar Card, UPI payment receipt.
Pay Admission Fees
Pay the admission and tuition fees at the school cash counter. Fee structure will be communicated at time of admission.
Collect Your Admission Slip
After verification and fee payment, you will receive an official Admission Confirmation slip. Keep it safely — it will be needed on the first day of school.
⚠ Important Deadline
If a selected candidate does not report for admission within the notified deadline, their seat will be forfeited and offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.Waiting List — What It Means
Being on the waiting list does not mean your application was rejected. It means seats are currently full, but you will be promoted as seats open.
Seats open up when a selected candidate does not turn up for admission, declines the offer, or is found ineligible during document verification.
Promotion is automatic — when a seat is freed, the highest-ranked waiting candidate in the same category is promoted to Selected status.
Check the website regularly — your status on the merit list will change to "Selected" automatically when promoted. You will need to act quickly to confirm your admission.
Your waiting rank is within your category — Waiting Rank 1 in General means you are the first General category candidate to be promoted when a seat opens.
